Tom Steele
Tom Steele is a 1988 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law, is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in West Virginia, and is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and former president of the Harrison County Bar Association.
Tom's law practice consists mainly of trial work involving a variety of legal issues. He has tried approximately 75 cases to verdict throughout the state of West Virginia during his career.
Tom has also completed Basic Mediation and Advanced Mediation training, and has lectured in conjunction with the State Bar mediation training. He has extensive mediation experience as an advocate and mediator. He has served as a mediator in approximately 300 cases.
Tom and his wife, Jill, an elementary school assistant principal, have four children and three grandchildren.

Chuck Steele Chuck Steele is a 1992 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. Following graduation, he passed three separate state bar examinations (NC, SC, and WV). Before coming home, Chuck practiced law with the firm of Cozen O'Conner in Charlotte, NC.
He is currently a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association, and an inactive member of both the North Carolina and South Carolina Bars. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in West Virginia.
Chuck is an accomplished trial lawyer who has tried in excess of 50 jury trials to verdict, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He is also a trained mediator who regularly help parties resolve their disputes, and has lectured in conjunction with the State Bar's mediation training.
Chuck and his wife, Kellie, have two children.
